Some features of our Pultruded FRP Cooling Towers:

  • The Structure of Cooling tower is fabricated of Pultruted FRP profile which are free from corrosion. The whole cooling tower is fabricated in pieces & bolted together to facilitate easy shifting
  • Hot dip galvanized are used as hardware to withstand corrosion. Stainless Steel hardware also is available at extra cost.
  • Pultruded FRP/Corrugated FRP Sheets of adequate thickness are used as Casing
  • The tower casing is made of FRP which encloses the surface area serves to isolate air stream, which passes over the surface area. The casing shape is of curtain type which reduce frictional resistance of air and aid air flow pattern.
  • The FRP made sump serves the purposes of collecting the water descending from the surface area and channelling it to the suction point. Further the sump also acts as a reservoir of water.
  • Robust & Strong Pultruded FRP Panels/Sheets are used to make Fan Deck.
  • In cross flow induced draught cooling tower the fan cylinder is made of Hot dip galvanized MS structure covered with fiber glass reinforced plastic and has sufficient structural strength to withstand high wind velocity & vibrations emanating from the motor and other equipment.
  • In Counter flow induced draught cooling tower the fan cylinder is made of tough fiber glass reinforced plastic and has sufficient structural strength to withstand high wind velocity & vibrations emanating from the motor and other equipment. FRP cylinder has a high impact resistance when laminated with lsopathalic Resin and even if damaged is easily can be repaired at site. The cylinder is in sections of easy to handle sizes and is assembled at site using bolting joints
  • Efficient PVC Drift Eliminator in cellular / full wave design is used to reduce water losses & fan air pressure resulting in low energy consumption by fan. Fill of Film type or Splash type as per requirement of client is provided.
  • PP/PVC, non clogging type Nozzles are provided for optimum efficiency. Drive shafts duly balanced in SS/HDG Steel material in hollow construction are provided.
  • Gear Box of Spiral bevel or Spiral Bevel cum helical design is made to meet requirement of clients.
